This course allows you to enjoy shabu-shabu made with Shimanto pork, a brand of pork raised on the Takanashi plateau in Shimanto Town.Other dishes on offer include Takamatsu's specialty, grilled bonito over straw, and fresh fish and bamboo shoots cooked in a clay pot. These dishes allow you to enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients in a luxurious way!
